Poland. Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu i Nauk o Zdrowiu (The Academy Of Business And Health Sciences)WYŻSZA SZKOŁA BIZNESU I NAUK O ZDROWIU (THE ACADEMY OF BUSINESS AND HEALTH SCIENCES), established in 2006, is one of the first non-public higher education institutions in central Poland that offers health-allied and medical-allied studies as well as pedagogy faculties.

WSBiNoZ conducts numerous researches and educational projects, cooperates with various education and health care institutions, remains locally and regionally active in the field of conference and workshops organization, social work and community elicitation.

To date, WSBiNoZ has been involved in several educational projects covering different thematic fields: intergenerational educations, early-learning education, business process management, social issues, ICT tools development as well as healthy nutrition both as a coordinator and as a partner. Our projects belong to different actions of Lifelong Learning, ISEC Programme as well as Erasmus +.

The Academy of Business and Health Sciences also participates in KA1 within the Erasmus+ programme, offering mobility opportunities to students and employees. The Academy has signed bilateral agreements with universities from numerous European countries, and is always open to meet new people and share best practices.

Disability issues constitute essential point in policy of WSBiNoZ. As a quite young academy we learn how to become more friendly towards our students. Now, we are focus on providing specific trainings to our academics, administrative staff and students on how collaborate better. We also conduct needs analysis to be more aware of students’ specific needs and be able to adjust educational environment to possible dysfunctions.
